The Greater Good United Brochure

Greater Good United
We Are Greater Good United!

Mission Statement
Our mission is to support, create and implement highly efficient, effective and systemic solutions to problems that cause suffering or threaten our common survival.

About Greater Good United
Greater Good United (GGU) is both a serious think-tank and an action-oriented group of concerned citizens that focus on solutions to a number of pressing global challenges. We are constantly on the lookout for bright and capable minds to participate with our core group to assure that our efforts will bring about the greatest results possible. It does not require a lot of time out of busy people’s lives. In fact, if enough people do a little, we will accomplish a lot!

Introduction:
We are living in a time when the degree of real suffering in America and around the globe is particularly serious. We do not have time to waste! We need to use our keenest intelligence to find the most efficient and effective strategies if we are serious about alleviating human suffering and the threat on the long-term survival of the planet.

Furthermore, people need to feel assured that their investment in philanthropic initiatives is well spent. This brochure outlines strategies and initiatives for saving time and money while effectuating a greater positive impact. The complete version discusses our passion for efficient and effective strategies far more extensively.

Mobilizing Support
There are hundreds of thousands of people with time on their hands in retirement communities, high schools, on unemployment or disability, and elsewhere. We need them and they need us! With proper planning, many of these people can be recruited to work on initiatives that have potential for boosting the economy, preserving the environment and alleviating suffering. By seeking effective solutions in the areas listed below, we will concurrently be addressing a number of other pressing global challenges! We will direct recruited individuals to support initiatives such as:

Supporting Green Collar Job Training
Well-coordinated training programs for green collar employment will create millions of new jobs and make energy conservation increasingly profitable for businesses.

Funding Preventive Care
Increased funding for preventive healthcare will provide enormous savings, particular in the areas of Medicaid and Medicare.

Nonprofit & Other Job Training Programs
Funding education and promising job training programs will prepare millions of people for the workforce in the years ahead.

Public Service Sector Training In Web 2.0 Technologies
By recruiting qualified experts, we can help this sector gain the visibility that will lead to a significant increase in profits and volunteers. In turn, this will lead to more jobs.

An Illustration Our Recruit-To-Recruit Initiative
One volunteer goes into a retirement community and trains ten seniors to use web 2.0 technologies; ten seniors use this training to recruit ten volunteers each. In this instance, one volunteer has in effect recruited one hundred other individuals to support positive change!

What Is Next?
NOW is the time to utilize the Internet to come together to help those in great need, create more jobs, clean up the environment and improve the quality of life for millions of people. By pooling talents and resources, we can turn the economy around and create a better world! REMEMBER, when enough people do a little, we will do a lot!
